Job Description

Addition on the top of the salary:

  • Work after 18h +30%
  • Work after 00h +50%
  • Saturdays +50%
  • Sundays and public holidays +100%

EU workers: Flex contract 40hours per week, 1 months probationary
3rd countries: Year contract with 1 months probationary
Vacation: 5 weeks per year
Registration: RESIDENT BSN number
Work time: 3 shifts, NON negotiable
Housing: Organized deducted from the salary
Transport: Paid extra or organized by the company


  • Work under the team leader, supervisor and manager. NOT allowed tomake their own decisions
  • Within your position as Transport Planner, you take into account the (legal)regulations, but also the drivers and customer agreements. You are responsible for planning the most efficient routes within the Benelux regionand take into account the provision of optimal service.

Your activities include:

  • Managing the drivers and providing them with correct transportorders
  • Control of transport orders
  • Analyze production numbers and capacity data
  •  Optimizing / adjusting the daily schedule
  • Assess calculated routes (planning system) and adjust them wherenecessary
  • Plan router based on charging capacities and available equipment


  • Valid ID
  • CV in English
  • Knowledge of the English language B2 level (fluent), Team player, responsible, independent, do-er
  • You are Stress resistant, proactive and customer focused.
  • Familiar with computer programs SAP or TMS
  • MBO 4/HBO working and thinking level
  • MBO+/HBO diploma: Logistic management, Logistic and transportation Experience in transport and logistic sector
  • VOG (certificate of good conduct)
